This moonshine still has it all! This 13 gallon boiler comes paired with a beautiful 3" Copper Reflux Column.
This Column can be run in either reflux mode to make Vodka and E-85 Ethanol, or you can run it in pot still mode to make Whiskey or Moonshine. To run your column in pot still mode, turn the water off to the Dephlegmator and take the copper packing out of the column, or you can leave it in for improved flavor.
The column is built from heavy gauge, hard drawn copper. We use solid sanitary TIG welds, which are much stronger than Soldering or Brazing. This column gives you the best of both worlds. You get the strength and durability of stainless steel, and the flavor improving qualities of copper.
